The dashboard is at /admin. It is your central workspace to monitor attendance, announcements, and organizational activity. It shows check-in/check-out, reporting structure, reportees, new hires, today's attendance overview, leave report, birthdays & anniversaries, files & documents, who's in/out, announcements & notifications, and a calendar overview.
What can we help you find?
Find quick answers about the Employo admin: dashboard, attendance, employees, leave, approvals, and more.
Use the Check-In / Check-Out option on the dashboard (/admin). Mark your attendance for the day; elapsed work time displays while you are checked in. Attendance is also viewable and manageable under Attendance (/admin/attendance).
Go to /admin/attendance. You can filter by date range, employee, or status (present, late, absent, etc.), view check-in/out times and total hours, switch to timeline or calendar view, and add or review notes for specific entries. Use this to verify daily attendance, track missing punches, and monitor patterns.
Go to Employees (/admin/employees) and click Add Employee, or go to /admin/employees/create. Fill in required details such as name, email, department, designation, manager, shift, and save. You can edit or update employee details anytime from their profile.
Go to /admin/employees and click an employee to open their detailed profile. You can also open a specific profile with /admin/employees?user=<id>. The profile shows personal info, attendance, and leave; profile pages link to attendance and leave records.
Go to Leave Requests (/admin/leaves) or Approvals (/admin/approvals). View request details (employee, type, dates, days, status), then Approve to confirm or Reject with an optional note. You can also use Create on the leaves page to add leave on behalf of an employee.
The Approvals page (/admin/approvals) shows all pending requests: leave, on-duty, and regularization. Review details (employee, dates, reason), then Approve or Reject. Once processed, requests are removed from pending and reflected in employee records.
Go to /admin/organization. You can expand or collapse nodes to navigate the hierarchy and click any employee to focus on their team branch. Use it to understand reporting lines and department relationships.
Go to /admin/departments. View all departments, click Add Department to enter name and optional code, and edit or delete as needed. Ensure no employees are assigned to a department before deleting it. Assign employees to departments via their Employee Profile.
Go to /admin/designations. View the list of designations, add new titles or codes, and edit or delete as needed. Avoid deleting active roles that are used in reports or policies.
